(1) Philosophy Concept Research Office:
Philosophy Concept and Philosophy Concept Transform is the one most important interest for study in the subject of Marxism Philosophy in Jilin University. During years’ exploitation it has formed its special academic tradition with evident characteristic and advantage.
Earlier in the 80ties, we focused on the innovation of philosophy concept and philosophy concept transform which formed the important monographs with symbol of such as “Marxism Philosophy Basic” “Philosophy and Main Body Self-Consciousness” which played an important role in the promotion of domestic philosophy reform and philosophy concept transform. In the 90’ties, we focused on explanation of modern philosophy sense that Marxism Philosophy Concept Transform has, a lot of high leveled discourses were published such as “ General Discourse of Philosophy” “ Animadvert on Precondition of Theoretic Mentality” “ Sublime Position”, especially “General Discourse of Philosophy” won the award of nomination during the fourth Nation Book Award, which was appraised as “ the first high leveled monograph takes philosophy as object” and produced great influence in field of philosophy.
In recent years, we achieved new great development based on the foundation that we have had and by drawing newest achievement inland and abroad and by close combining modern philosophy developing trend. Following new developing points have been produced: (1) innovation of philosophy concept and Marxism philosophy basic theory, namely driving transform & innovation of Marxism basic theory in each field by breaking through philosophy concept , (2) switching of pattern between philosophy concept and philosophy, namely exploiting mentality and explanation principle on philosophy reform at theoretic hard core, (3) philosophy concept and Marxism philosophy modern nature, namely through deep explanation of modern philosophy sense that Marxism philosophy has to exploit the ideology value that Marxism philosophy has in modern time, (4) future development of philosophy concept and philosophy, namely perspective deep theoretic confliction existed in status quo of philosophy and exploit the further possible trend and modality of philosophy development by taking modern multi element philosophy concept as theoretic background.

(2) Dialectic Research Office
Dialectic Research is more relative weak field in our nation Marxism philosophy research. Jilin University philosophy subject took the dialectic as main interest for research since 1982 in which was authorized Marxism Doctor degree and gained a lot of achievements and obvious leading advantages, “Animadvert on Precondition of Theoretic Mentality” “ Practice Dialectic Address in Guideline” “Mentality of Dialectic “ were published and improved the research on Marxism dialectic theory to a new level. Since 2000, we have deepened and improved theoretic research in this interest, concentrated and defined keystones and difficulties in further for which confirmed objectivity and definability of dialectic mentality, unification of dialectic mentality system and logic, dialectic modern theoretic modality and practical sense, compared research on western & eastern dialectic, regarding above mentioned subjects, we have gained new achievement and published several academic monograph and a lot of important academic discourses.

(3) Materialism Historical Concept Research Office
Historical materialism and society developing theory is the important interest for study of research center. We focused on deep exploitation and theoretic innovation regarding historical materialism during long period and tried to explain theoretic nature and connotation of Marx Historical Materialism in deep level based on deep understanding Marxism classical text from view of human and main body activity and improved the transform of philosophy concept. At the aspect of theory of society development, we studied deeply on modern society trend of thoughts, zoology ethic, righteousness theory and society development. Especially, achieved great progress on (1) animadvert and counterclaim on unreasonable developing concept and model in theory based on development of modern zoology philosophy (2) study on problems and way out existed in modern society in commodity economic based on Marx theory regarding commodity economic society and modality of human development.

(4) Philosophy and Philosophy History Research Office
Deepening research on philosophy basic theory depending on philosophy history is the style and characteristic of research that we pursued during a long period. We not only have good research tradition with evident characteristic but also try to occupy the foreland in the field of research on western philosophy from open view so that carry out research on philosophy basic theory from long-range theoretic view.
Regarding the subject of development of philosophy basic theory and western politics philosophy, we assumed important subjects like “Western Philosophy in Late 20 Century” and “ Human Visualization” and published several important academic monographs and a large quantity of discourses in high level.
Regarding the subject of research on philosophy basic theory and western epistemology, we published lots of important academic literatures and a large quantity of discourses in high level based on research of neoteric philosophy, especially on research of German classic philosophy epistemology and Hussite Phenomenon.
Regarding subject of philosophy basic theory and modern western social philosophy , we performed special characteristic and style in research of intercourse practice, main body and ethic morality and published several important academic monographs and tenses’ academic discourses in magazines.
