Adjunct Research Fellows

Han Qingxiang

born in Dec.1957, is now professor of Philosophy Teaching and Research Department of Central Communist Party School, Ph.D. adviser, after graduation he got master degree, and got Ph.D. degree from Peking University in 1989. His research interests are Marxist Philosophy and Contemporary Chinese Social Development, and he presided over the scientific research project as follows: Development Outlook Based on National Quality and Chinese Socialism Development in 21th century, National Social Sciences Funds Project, in 1999. Awards for his scientific research achievement as follows: (1) Paper: Socialist Market Economy And Persons’ Molding won the first-session Hu Sheng Academic Awards for Youngsters ( in 1997); (2) Paper: Socialism Market Economy And Persons’ Molding won the first-class in the 2nd-session National Award for Outstanding Social Science Achievement ( in 1997); (3) Paper: Departmentalism of Ability and Chinese Development in 21th century won the second-class Award for Outstanding Scientific Research Achievement from 1995 to 1998 of Central Communist Party School; (4) Paper: Departmentalism of Ability and Chinese Development in 21th century won the 4th-session Award for Outstanding Journal Papers of Peking University ( in 1998).

Li Deshun

male, han nationality, native of Fengrun, Hebei Province, born in 1945, in Qiqihaer, Heilongjiang Province. He graduated as a undergraduate in 1969 from the department of philosophy of Renmin University of China, and got Ph.D. degree in 1987. He is now vice director of the Institute of Philosophy at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and concurrently dean of Philosophy Fundamentals Research Office, researcher, professor and Ph.D. advisor. He also is member of Evaluation Committee of Professional Titles and Academic Degree Committee of the Graduates School of CASS, director of Culture Research Center of CASS, member of the editorial boards of Chinese Social Sciences, executive director of Chinese Dialectical Materialism Research Institute, director of China Yellow Emperor Culture Research Institute, and so on.

Liu Debin

born on May 10, 1957, in Liaoning Province, graduated from the Department of History of Jilin University. He is now professor and vice headmaster of the School of Literature of Jilin University, member of History Teaching and Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, vice president of Jillian History Institute, director of National World Modern and Contemporary History Institute, chief-editor of Collected Papers of History Science. From Sep.1992 to Oct.1993 he engaged in studies of relations between China and western countries at the Research Center for International Affairs of Cambridge University, UK. From Jan.1997 to Jan.1998 he engaged in further studies of relations between China and America at the Department of Governmental and Foreign Affairs of Virginia University, USA. From Sep.1991 to Sep,1992 he studied international relationship science at Woweik University, UK. Main research interests: World Modern and Contemporary History and Contemporary International Relationship.

Song Donglin

born in Dec.1957, was admitted to the Department of Economy of Jilin University in 1985. He got Master and Doctor in 1985 and in Oct.1994 respectively in the fields of political economics both from the Department of Economy of Jilin University. As a visiting scholar he once engaged in studies for 2 years at the Department of Economy of Latgos University, USA, and cooperated with professor Changfang to study Chinese and Japanese security markets at the Department of Economics of Japanese National Dagu University, He is now vice headmaster of the School of Commerce of Jilin University, economics professor and Ph.D. advisor.

Wang Nanshi

born on Jul.23,1953, in Fengxiang, Shanxi Province, graduated from the Chemical and Mechanical Department of South China University of Technology, graduated from the Theory Department of Central Communist Party School and got master degree of philosophy in 1986, graduated from the Department of Philosophy of Nankai University and got Ph.D. degree in 1989. He is now professor of the Department of Philosophy of Nankai University, Ph.D. advisor. In recent years his main research interests are Basic Theory of Marxist Philosophy and Social Philosophy. Since 1996 his scientific research projects as follows: 1.Fund project of doctor site of the Ministry of Education: Market economy and changes of Social Structure (Dec.1996—Dec.1999); 2. Key project of Tianjin social science planning: Research for the Development trend of Chinese Culture under the Condition of Market Economy (Jul.1997 – Jun.1999). Since 1996 awards for his scientific research achievements as follows: Monograph: Introduction of Human Activities won the second-class in the sixth-session Award for Tianjin Outstanding Social Science Achievements.

Yao Jianzong

male, born in Mar.1966, in Tongjiang, Sichuan Province, doctor of law, professor and Ph.D. advisor in the fields of jurisprudence of the Law School of Jilin University. He is now executive vice dean and full-time researcher of the Jurisprudence Research Center at Jilin University, which is state key research base for humanity and social sciences of the Ministry of Education. His main research interests are Jurisprudence, Juristic social sciences and Juristic philosophy. He graduated form Politics Department of South-west Normal University and got Bachelor’s degree of Law, at the same year was admitted to Graduate School of Jilin University and studied Jurisprudence and Contemporary Western Juristic Philosophy under the guidance of famous jurist, professor Zhang Wenxian, after graduation he got Master’s degree of law in July,1992, and was assigned to teach as assistant. In Sep.1994 he was admitted to the Graduate School of Renmin University of China, under the guidance of professor Lu Shilun, who is senior of juristic circle, and professor Zhang Wenxian, continued to study Jurisprudence and Contemporary Western Juristic Philosophy, graduated and got Doctor’s degree of law in July,1997. He acted as lecturer of the School of Law of Jilin University from Sep.1994 to Sep.1998, and associate professor from Sep.1998 to Jan.2000. Since Jan.2000 he had been professor of the School of Law of Jilin University and Ph.D. advisor in the fields of jurisprudence.

Zhang Wenxian

male, born in 1951, in Nanyang, Henan Province, Master of law and Ph.D., studied from 1983 to 1985 at the School of Law of Columbia University, USA, and in 1989 and 1990 was advanced visiting scholar at Washington University, USA. From 1985 to 1993 at Jilin University, he was appointed successively to vice dean of the Department of Law, vice headmaster of the School of Law, associate professor, professor and Ph.D. advisor. Since Jan.1994 he had been vice president, member of the standing party committee, vice chairman of the Academic Committee, and member of the Academic Degree Committee of Jilin University. Since 2001 he had been dean of the Jurisprudence Research Center of Jilin University, which is state key research base for humanity and social sciences of the Ministry of Education, and vice chairman of the Center Academic Committee. His main research fields and interests as follows: Jurisprudence, Contemporary Western Juristic Philosophy, Juristic Social Sciences and Juristic Politics Science, especially Jurisprudence, Contemporary Western Juristic Philosophy.

Zhou Guanghui

born on Aug.26,1955, in Jiangsu Province, graduated from the Department of Philosophy of Jilin University. He is headmaster of the School of Administration of Jilin University, professor , Ph.D. advisor, and concurrently executive director of Chinese Politics Institute, vice chairman of the Politics Teaching and Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, director of the Chinese Administration Institute, and so on. From Aug.1992 to Aug.1993 he engaged in studies of politics at Lategas University, USA. His main research interests as follows: Theory of Politics and Methodology. He won special government allowance of State Council in 1996, Changchun Specialist with Outstanding Contribution in 1998, Trans-century Outstanding Talents of the Ministry of Education in 1999, Specialist with Outstanding Contribution of Jilin Province in 2000, and Excellent Specialist of Jilin Province in 2001.

Zou Guangwen

male, born in Jan,1961, in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia Province, Mongol, graduated from the Research Institute of Jilin University in 1986 and got Ph.D. degree, and became professor in 1996, now teaching in the Department of Philosophy of Humanity and Social Sciences Institute of Tsinghua University. His research interests are Marxist Philosophy, Cultural Philosophy and Theory of Social Development. His works including: 1.Culture, History and Human, Publishing House of Central China Normal University, in 1991; 2.Contemporary Vision Field of Cultural Philosophy, Publishing House of Shandong University, in 1994. He has published more than 120 academic papers in Study of Philosophy, Study of Literature and Art, Academy Monthly, Guangming Daily, Literature, History and Philosophy, Study of Chinese Culture and other internal important magazines. At present as a host, he has undertook State Key Task 95: Research of Popular Culture at Social Transformation Period, and Youngster Task
